The brief

Make the next step clear.

ABDS provides website design, app development, SEO and ongoing digital operations. Our website needs to explain that range while helping a visitor find the particular service they need.

For our own site, we focused on the questions a business asks before commissioning a website: what can be built, what is included, what information is needed and how a project is scoped. The aim was to make those answers easy to find on a phone as well as a desktop.

The site keeps our existing logo, interactive sections and Free Demo contact option. Dedicated service pages give each part of the business room for a more useful explanation.

01

Explain the website options

The website design page separates small business websites and landing pages, ecommerce development, and redesigns. Each explains the tasks and features to discuss in a project brief.

02

Answer practical questions

Customer FAQs cover preparing content, factors that affect price and timing, updating pages, retaining an existing domain, and support after launch.

03

Keep contact within reach

Mobile navigation, service-specific enquiry links and the Free Demo option provide routes into a conversation. Telephone and email details stay available alongside the enquiry form.

The website in use

One brand, across screen sizes.

Actual page captures from our September 2026 website release show the desktop homepage and the mobile website design page.

Mobile service page: a compact header, readable introduction and full-width actions.

Details we checked

Small changes, with evidence.

The release combined clearer copy with asset optimisation and checks on the pages visitors use to explore our website services.

01 / Logo image630 KB → 14 KB

A lighter display asset

The header and footer use a resized WebP copy of the original logo. Its file size changed from 630,654 to 14,326 bytes, a 97.7% reduction for this image. The original logo file is retained.

02 / Responsive checks4 screen widths

Phone through desktop

The homepage, services overview and website design page were checked at 360, 390, 768 and 1440 pixels. These 12 checks found no horizontal overflow. Mobile menu and FAQ controls were also checked.

03 / Service content8 practical FAQs

Answers before an enquiry

The website design page explains preparation, price factors, timing, redesigns, small business websites, content editing, migration and ongoing support. Scope and milestones are agreed for each project.

Search foundations

Give each service a clear home.

Our Auckland website design and development page brings the relevant website options and customer questions together. Links from the homepage and services overview help visitors reach it in context.

Page titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, the sitemap and structured data were checked alongside internal links and image attributes. The content uses plain descriptions of the work, including building a first business website, creating an online store and redesigning an existing site.

Applying it to your website

Start with the job it needs to do.

A service website, online store and app each need a different brief. Tell us what customers should be able to find and do, what content is ready and which systems need to connect.

For an existing website, we can discuss focused improvements to content, mobile layouts and enquiry paths, or scope a wider redesign. Explore our website design service for the options and questions to consider.

Project notes and screenshots: 18 September 2026. Image figures compare the source and display logo files; responsive checks cover the three pages and four viewport widths listed above.
